BV Incubation -- Applying technology services expertise in adjacent markets

In addition to our consulting and management services, Buena Vista is engaged in a variety of new business incubation efforts with various partner organizations.  Some examples of these programs are listed below.

Our strategy is to look for large, exciting market potential where we can apply our expertise from high tech and service industries to other markets for competitive advantage.  We invest capital and management expertise in these endeavors.

If you are interested in discussing our approach further, please contact us through our "Contact Us" page.

"The speed and creativity required to compete effectively in technology services is a potential source of sustainable, competitive advantage in non-tech markets.  We leverage this dynamic for growth businesses in our BV Incubator."

The Better Butterer - When was the last time butter delivery methods were innovated?  It's been a while that the brick type "sticks" of butter were first wrapped in wax paper and boxed into one pound lumps and placed in grocer refrigerated displays.  Buena Vista is partnering with various industry participants to bring to market a new, innovative consumer retail product.  Keep your eyes peeled for details coming soon!

Great Clips Hair Salons - The Hair Salon industry consists of over 300,000 commercial salons.  The industry is extremely fragmented with less than 20,000 branded offerings from companies like Great Clips, SuperCuts, Fantastic Sams, and others.

Buena Vista is partnering with the Great Clips franchisor organization to bring to market new approaches to growing the market penetration in the "value cuts" market from 15% to over 30%.  Technology solutions related to scheduling, process metrics, promotions, co-marketing, and more are driving the future consolition of this industry.  Great Clips is the number one brand in this sector with over $700M of retail sales and nearly 3,000 locations.
